We are currently completely sold out, but the new harvest is currently in full swing. We have been in contact with local businesses and farmers over the past few days. Your job right now is to assess the weather correctly and to harvest it quickly - that sounds easier than it is, because the entire harvest is laboriously done by hand.
Das nimmt enorm viel Zeit in Anspruch, doch belohnt den Gaumen, denn durch die manuelle Ernte werden die Oliven nicht beschädigt, wodurch sie nicht oxidiert. So trägt die Ernte zur hohen Qualität der Öle bei. Anschließend gelangen die Oliven direkt zu den Mühlen, wo sie sofort verarbeitet werden. In dieser Zeit bleiben nur wenige Stunden Schlaf, doch sie sind mit größtem Einsatz dabei, um neue, besondere Olivenöle zu erschaffen.
