What is Vodnjan without a visit to Brist? Paul O’Grady is delighted to present the new design. And one thing can be revealed: It is very successful and once again underlines the high quality, but also the passion behind this product.
We have one more piece of good news to share: Brist has received the Gold award for the Buza variety in New York. At the renowned competition for the world's best olive oils: NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition. Congratulations!
It is particularly worth mentioning that Oleum, a blend of eight varieties, is becoming increasingly popular not only in local gastronomy. It is always at the top in blind tastings. For us, it is one of the best all-rounder oils that we like to have on hand.
Wine from Babos
Masino goes Vino. We now also stock regional wine from Vodnjan. We deliberately chose the Babos brand because it not only tastes good, but is also produced with passion. We currently stock the typical Istrian grape variety Malvasia. It is young and tangy and is an ideal accompaniment to fish and pasta dishes with meat or seafood. We also offer Malvasia as Extra Dry Sparkling Wine . With enough residual sugar, it is not too dry. Floral aromas such as citrus and dried fruit dominate. We can only reveal one thing: The sparkling wine was one of the highlights of the trade fair in Vodnjan and is recommended as a gift for your loved one or as an aperitif.
