At you can browse through all product areas completely anonymously and find out about our range. You have the option of ordering online from us as a guest, i.e. without registering with a "customer account". You will only be asked for information relevant to the order, which will not be saved for further transactions. Registering with a "customer account" offers you the advantage of finding an overview of all your orders. You can also create a shopping cart list. Please note that we cannot reserve your products in the shopping cart, but can only reserve them for you without obligation. Prices and availability can change at any time and unfortunately cannot be guaranteed.

How can I sign up?

You can register directly during the ordering process. During the ordering process, you will be asked whether you are an existing customer or a new customer. As an existing customer, you can log in with your email address and password. If you are a new customer, we ask you to register by providing the required customer data. Here, too, simply follow the registration instructions. In the top navigation bar on the right you will find the "My Account" button. Click on this link and follow the registration instructions. To register, you will need your previously specified email address and a password to log in.

How can I place an order?

If you click on a product, you will receive detailed information about the product, price and availability. If you would like to buy a product, select the desired quantity and click on the "add to cart" button. You will find the input field and the order button directly next to or below the price information for each product. You then have the option of continuing to browse the online shop or continuing the ordering process by clicking on the shopping cart. In the shopping cart you can change the desired quantity or delete the selected product. If you would like to order the selected product, please select whether you would like your order delivered or to pick it up directly in Schwechat (pickup). Please also check your customer data (personal data, delivery and billing address) in this step or change them if necessary. If you pick up in Schwechat (pickup), we can notify you by SMS of the exact time of pickup of your delivery if you wish and provide your telephone number. We do not charge a processing fee for pickup in Schwechat (pickup). Continue by clicking on the "Continue to payment" button. You can now select the desired payment method and/or redeem a voucher code. Please follow the respective payment instructions. Before you finally complete the order, we ask you to check it again carefully. To do this, you can click the "Continue to order overview" button and you will receive an overview page on which all the information about your order is listed: delivery address, billing address, delivery type, payment method, number and price of the items to be ordered, shipping costs, total including VAT. Then click on "Continue" to go to the "Payment" point. After accepting our "General Terms and Conditions" and agreeing to our "Privacy Policy", you can complete your purchase by clicking the "Buy now" button. After payment has been made, you will receive your order confirmation.Is there a minimum order value?

There is no minimum or maximum order value.

Do I have to create a customer account?

You have the option of ordering as a guest during the ordering process or creating an account in the MASINO olive oil shop. The minimum information required for a guest order is title, first name, last name and address.

How can I change/update my customer data?

If you already have a personal MASINO olive oil account, your details will be automatically pre-filled with your email address and password when you log in. If necessary, correct these under the menu item "My account", which you will find in the top bar. You can change or update your data under the menu item Address and account details.

I forgot my password. How do I create a new one?

You can request a new password at any time in the login area. You will receive an email asking you to reset your password.

How do I pay for the goods?

Payment for the goods is made directly during the ordering process using Paypal (credit or debit card) or in advance by bank transfer. MASINO Olive Oil retains title to the goods until full payment has been made. We enclose a detailed invoice with VAT shown with each delivery. Unfortunately, payment by payment slip is not possible.

How do I pay for self-collection?

If you pick up the goods yourself, you can pay in advance via PayPal or bank transfer or pay in cash on site. MASINO Olive Oil retains title to the goods until they have been paid for in full. A detailed invoice with VAT shown will be enclosed with the delivery of the goods.

How does self-collection work?

You are welcome to collect the goods directly from us in Rannersdorf near Schwechat by making an appointment. Self-collection is free of charge. If you would like to collect the goods yourself, you can indicate this in free text. Unfortunately, it is not possible to offset the shipping costs. This is not the case for larger orders anyway. You are also welcome to let us know your desired collection date by email or by phone on +43 660 480 68 13.

How does the return process work?

If you cancel the contract with MASINO Olive Oil, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, MASINO Olive Oil will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. MASINO Olive Oil may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

Where does MASINO deliver olive oil?

How much is the shipping to Austria?

Shipping to Austria is free for orders over €60. If the order value is less than €60, we charge a shipping fee of €4.40.

What is the cost of the delivery to Germany?

Shipping to Germany is free for orders over €80. If the order value is less than €80, we charge a shipping fee of €6.40.
